Good news!

Conference registrants should be able to get a deal at Super 8 and Howard Johnson, if they book 2 weeks or more before the conference.

They just have to say they are with the “Sustainability conference”.  Super 8 has confirmed a price the following:
Single room-                 1 Queen bed, maximum 2 guests
Nightly rate-                  $77.34 /night, plus $11.60 taxes
Total/room night-           $88.94 /per night

Howard Johnson has confirmed 67.50 before taxes for a regular room.
